CELLS advised Stand for Children in the development of Oregon’s Early Literacy Success Act. The Center now leads a growing Oregon Early Literacy Demonstration Project to fully implement the Act’s provisions.

CELLS led the development of the groundbreaking Great First Eight Curriculum — an OER, full-day, birth through age eight curriculum — and now works to continuously improve and scale its use.
CELLS Executive Director, Dr. Nell Duke, is a senior advisor to Amira Learning, a program with demonstrated positive impact that serves more than 3 million children.
Professional Learning

CELLS partners with organizations such as TNTP to develop professional learning resources and continues to support the organization in their work to promote research-aligned practices.
